Dear all,
I was in Hola restaurant last saturday, and I have to say I had a very good time there, with an amazing good food, and reasonable service
The chef is spanish ( or better from Euzkadia ...) and , as a 1 star Michelin chef , has definitely some talent. The food was very tasty, with a surprising genuine jamon iberico that was melting in mouth ... and some Rioja red wine definitely affordable. Other dishes we tried : paella, bacalao
Little appetizers were offered by the restaurant ( usual practice in Michelin starred places)
And last but not least , we had a very relax time on 2nd floor, in the Jazz bar
Some will say that the all thing is maybe a little bit pricey (with 1 bottle of wine , around 45 euros/pax " a la carte" ), but after all this is not an everyday canteen, and the dishes really taste like in Europe. The bread was terrific ( YES ! It is possible to make decent bread in China, so why don't they do

)
It deserves a visit ... I will definitely go back there and take some friends
