Any Pre-School Training School Recommendations?

I'm looking for an English training school for a young child. Think preschool age (3-4 years old).

The key is quality over price. My relatives would much rather pay for quality than cheapness. I know there are tons of English language schools in Hefei, but I'm very weary of the quality.

So, any recommendations for a high quality English preschool/training school in Hefei?
