How many fingers and thumbs do you have?

The only advantage with imperial system is that you can divide amounts by 2, 3, 4 and 6 but not 5.

Freezing is 0 and  boiling is 100...

Cold below 10, temperate teens, pleasent twenties, thirsty thirties, flaming forties.

It's all in base 10, what  is there to loath?

1 cubic centimetre of water = 1 gram = 1 ml = 1 kilojoule of energy to bring to the boil.
