 :-[ ok just got the first bill for the apartment. but not a clue where to go to pay it? (school took care of that  ;D)
had a look around the site but didnt find anything??
Anyone  want to put some info up i would be greatful. and its a good thing for future expats.

You should be able to pay all your utilities at the bank. Otherwise, you can pay it at those little newspaper stands around the place. Most of them are set up to do it.
[/b][/i][/u]newspaper stands?   no idea about that??  as for the bank i guess will give it a go, need to open an account.

Go to a bank with the invoice and hand over the money with a really puzzled look on your face.

Works for me.  ;D

You can even pay in small China Mobile shops in the city. :)

yeh thought the china mobile shops you could. went to bank anyway as i wandered around this afternoon.
