English speaking doctor in Hefei

We have an urgent need to find an English speaking doctor here in Hefei. Can anyone please help??

Would anyone know of any hospitals that have services/sections for expats?

Hello Meera,

The only place I can think about is the pre-marriage check-up clinic on Yong Hong Rd, near the Yong Hong primary school.  Yong Hong road is between Jin Zhai road and the CBD mall, on the south side of Chang Jiang Rd.  It is at least a starting place, because of the doctors there who can speak English, and can guide you further in your search.  Sorry I don't have a number for them to call.

Hi Gusman,

We weren't able to find an English speaking doctor at the time...we had one of our friends help us out at the hospital! Anyway, we have moved out of China now...enjoyed our experiences there!

Sorry my reply is not much help!

Good luck with finding a good doctor that can speak English. It will be a good idea to learn some basic Chinese words & phrases and/or carry a pocket translation book wherever you go...that's what we tried and it worked on most occasions!
