Most doctors I have met have some English skills in reading but not great skills in conversation. Doctors have to study English because a lot of diagnostic information is recorded in English.

most of the people can read English if they were at university!
doctors as my colleagues..
but in a hospital you still need a local with English communication skills in order to interact with a doctor!
