Hello welcome to Hefei.
Places to drink are everywhere and a few of us go out regular.
Try Knights Bar on Jinzhai lu weekends best for there, as a few get in.
As far as the World Cup. If you go to Soho Bar at the Hilton and ask Im sure they will pop it on for you.
