Hi, I'm Thai Yuan and I'll be coming over to Hefei on 13th Oct with my family. We're Malaysian and would like to mingle around with both local as well as foreigners in this city (my mandarin is much better than Lionel I guess, and I also speak decent cantonese spending a lot of time in souther china  Grin). We'll be actively exploring the city for the next two weeks and hopefully would have chance to meet up with some of you.

One of my long term friends is from Malaysia and has his family here as well.
He is keen to meet other Malaysian families.
Call when you arrive and I'll introduce you to him.

I was busy setting up the apartment and only got the internet connection working yesterday.

I wonder if we can meet up at Charlie's bar Friday night, assuming that music is not too loud there. Or let me know if there's better place? I'm staying in Economic development zone, it's quite a distance from city center - traffic is ok though. I'll ask Blessing if her family wanna meet up else my wife will be rather bored. I'm pleasantly surprised to see quite a number of S'porean / Malaysian over here  (I stayed in a newly opened hotel run by Malaysian!) Grin

will call you later tonight.

Thai Yuan
