It was probably in the first week here when I was introduced to City Garden.

I had a fairly good write up on the old site but sadly she was attacked by hachers.  We're still being bombed but we've generally got a handle on it now.

Back to CG
There are many around Hefei now.
CBD
MeiShan Lu
HuaYuan Jie

These are the ones I recall.

38 RMB Steak Special is my main meal and there's a chicken dinner as an option for a bit more.
Both meals  are  good serves and the steak come with soup, coffee, bread rolls and a fruit dish.

Yeah, my wife loves that 38RMB steak special.  She is the one that told me about the place.  We went to the one on Fuyang Road, but at first she mentioned CBD.  I would rather go to the CBD location, but I am not sure where it's located there.  Mike, can you do me the honours of drawing up a simple map of the CBD building, with an arrow or something pointing to where it's located?  I would really appreciate it.

Back to their food.....the only things I had from them was the cheese sandwich I think it was, and the goose liver pate.  I ate light that night when I was out with the wife, but let me tell you, the goose liver pate filled me up pretty good.  It's just a filling kind of food I guess.  Where my parents are from (Hungary), they eat this stuff by the truckload.  It's stocked at all of the supermarkets in Hungary in MANY different varities.  So, I was very pleased to see goose liver pate on the menu.  I have to partake in a few other things that I saw from the menu, on my next visit there.

I can't wait.  Tongue

In the front door, escalators are diagonally right behind the cosmetics, up to the 2nd floor, turn right and its on the left.

Don't use the main escalators on the left as you walk in.  You'll get confused.  Just ask for coffee.
