ok here is a good place and pretty damn cheap and good steak aswell i payed 318 rmb for 4 people that comes with four steaks with the dish two salads tea and coffie and frenchfrys

you all should try out
its called moonlight mansion restauarant 

the service is decent how ever the menues are all in chinese and the staff do not speak english over all its a great place to relax aswell as playing poker and majong there is allso a spa and a private room for tea and relaxing

My choice for cheap steak is City Garden Restaurants, there are many around town,
1. MeiShan Lu, near AnHui Hotel.
2. CBD 2nd floor.
3. XinHua Gong Yuan (Park) South enterance.
    Not sure where the others are.

28RMB for soup and 2 fillets of steak. Special times, Lunch and before 8PM
The chicken is really nice too but a bit more expensive.

you all should try out hilton where its 150 rmb a person as a buffet style restaurant with a hilton vip membership card
includes gym/restaurant/food for use of card including room

if you apply for a 1 year club hotel vip card this offers upto 50% off in any 5 star hotel except hefei if you apply at the current location

how ever as happy panda has great ethnic food and free local beer you should also try the first floor

as for those who like irish coffee you should try the lounge/bar where they put the right amount of whiskey for all those drinkers out there

Tim, Hilton is too pricey.  I prefer Novotel.  I went there for a wedding, and ventured to the restaurant area looking to see what they offer.  On the spot I was given a VIP card for the wife and myself and their buffet's are less than 80RMB from what I remember, and that includes BBQ meats and seafood.

No signing up needed and priced better.

and for price i don't care how much,so long it's real steak and they got A1 sauce

salads and real dressing

and then a day to relax or that ideal business meeting a place to sit at the lounge is perfect!

going to take a formal private shower or going to the gym while watching HBO
