Hilton also have wifi but now you have to pay. Anyone knows how does it cost?

Hefei Downtown Holiday Inn will give registered Hefei Expats free connection
when you make a purchase in the lobby lounge or restaurant.  
Go there and get registered.
Their coffee is good and cakes are 1/2 price after 6.30.  Grin
