Does anyone have any experience battling a landlord. ie. What can be done in the event a landlord wants to pilfer your bond money for illegitimate reasons?

Cheers

It's a tough one.

Basically, if you have the contract, the law is on your side.

It can get really ugly.  Stay cool.  Always be polite but firm.

If your Chinese is not good enough, get a GOOD interpreter.

Yeah, Mike is right. It can get really nasty. In my case, I played calm and at the deadend , brought forth all my receipts, You can only imagine how much embarrassed they all were
