Hi everybody,

I'm new in town and was wondering what one should expect as far as quality of (rental) apartments is concerned in Hefei.

An idea of monthly rental rates would also be welcome.

my god dont go any other place as far as rent is concerned if you need help i can help you my phone number is under my name i am from america and a foreigner my self i can give you the cheap deals you would like and be more comfortable at the same time

i can get one for about 500 to 600 as many as 2 bedrooms one living rooom/eating room and one kitchen and one bathroom and sometimes they even have an extra food room

Hefei apartments are overpriced for quality and cleanliness. This is a backwater so the price should be cheaper. hey Tim, can you find a quaility high rise clean apartment in the central city area. Less than ten kuai taxi from Bai Huo Da Luo? Max price 1500 per month. TV fridge washer double bed base dinining table etc,I like being above the 10th floor

Hello! I am new here too (off the boat for a little over a week). I need to find an apartment around Hefei no. 1 School and do not speak any Mandarin. The school will only pay 1000 rmb and I need heat and air, western toilet, a washer and a kitchen. Is this possible? I really don't care how big it is, It can be a studio or one bedroom and that would be fine.  Let me know if anyone knows of anything.  Thanks
